He thrives on turning ideas into reality – working closely with his team to create campaigns that reach and resonate with millions. A calm, thoughtful personality, he avoids knee-jerk solutions and focuses on meaningful storytelling.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him reading, traveling, or deep in a game of chess. Dušan’s dream? To fully understand human psychology, and one day bring a Cannes Lion home.
